Research
Chenyi Li’s primary research goal in the Keasling lab is to engineer polyketide synthases for the biosynthesis of valuable compounds. Previously, he completed his Ph.D. at the University of Georgia under the supervision of Prof. Yajun Yan, where he explored establishing novel biosynthetic pathways and implementing biosensors in engineering microbial cell factories.
