Research Summary

Isoprenoids compose the largest class of natural compounds. They are used in numerous commerical applications including fragrances and flavors, antifungal and anticrobial agents, and even pharmaceutical products. My research focuses on the engineering of E. coli for high-level production of isoprenoids.
